About these terms
Certified Moments ("we", "us") runs short-form video channels and an internal publishing tool, clipforge, which uploads our own videos to our own social media accounts. These terms cover this website, our channels and that tool.
Who can use the tool
clipforge is used only by the Certified Moments team to manage the Certified Moments accounts. It is not offered to the public, and no one else can sign up for it or connect an account to it.
Platform terms
Everything we publish follows the terms and community guidelines of the platform it's posted to. Our use of platform APIs is also bound by those platforms' terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service (YouTube API Services), the TikTok Terms of Service and Meta's Terms. We only post to accounts we own and have authorised.
Our content
Our videos are short highlight and commentary clips. The original creator is credited in every post, and we only clip creators whose content we have permission to use. If you own content you believe we've used improperly, email us and we'll review it and remove it where appropriate, normally within 48 hours.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The website, channels and tool are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
